Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2  is a structured method for managing all types of project in any size or type of organisation. PRINCE2 covers the management, control, organisation and delivery of a project.

PRINCE2 is often used for the management of projects within an MSP (Managing Successful Programmes)framework. It is the de facto Project Management standard in the UK, and has also been widely adopted in countries all over the world.
